Optimization of Material to Improve the Performance Heat Transfer in Air Condition Condenser

In This paper described research by the optimum of materials that using in the condenser and the fin of air-condition to get the optimum result for heat transfer .And heat flux. Since, the condenser coil of Air condition contain refrigerant that absorb the heat from the surround of air. To validate the heat flux and temperature, the analysis is done on condenser coil by applying properties for the materials used in the paper, where used difference materials by four cases
1-Tube and fin Al-1100
2-Tube Al-1100 and fin Al-1050
3-Tube copper and fin Al-1050
As well as R134a used in this paper as coolant fluid .The simulation and analysis are done by ANSYS for the
models were validated by comparisons with data. Optimization was performed on three different materials
