ABSTRACT: The study aims to identify the design and optimization of multiple layers of the supply chain leading to the economic, operational and strategic point of view the best appropriate treatment decisions. In the current issue, the three-layer supply chain key performance indicators are analyzed, and finally it will lead to a mathematical model to design decisions. Mathematical model of the decision in question is a user class operational decisions and guidelines of good managers and supply chain in the supply chain. Transfer the flow of materials and information chain, including key performance indicators suppliers, manufacturers and customers to consider the creation of a favorable execution perspective. In order to model optimization, risks and profits are also considered. Finally, in this model of Lingo software, key indicators are effective supply chain to improve performance and increase profits is recognized.
