ABSTRACT: Dressing contiguous sense assessment system is of vital importance to the scientific and accurate assessment of garment contiguous comfortableness. It’s urgent to develop a method for expressing the dressing contiguous sense in a scientific and quantitative way. In this paper, we have proposed a control device for dressing contiguous sense signals, analyzed its structure and working principle, and established a master slave control platform. The experiment results suggest that this device is capable of simulating the dressing contiguous senses at different speeds and under different forces and simulating multiple senses needed for a comprehensive assessment of the contiguous senses between the garment and the skin, thus ensuring the stability of the final assessment result and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the assessment.
