ABSTRACT: In this paper, the influence of Vibratory Tungsten inert gas welding on the Impact strength of Al 5052-H32 specimens has been studied. Frequency, amplitude and acceleration at which the specimens to be welded are varied in terms of voltage input to the vibromotor. Here, for different voltage inputs to the vibromotor keeping the other parameters like welding current, welding voltage and gas flow rate as constant the impact strength of Al5052-H32 is analyzed. Impact strength is compared for the specimens prepared with and without vibration. Also, impact strength of Al5052-H32 welded specimens prepared with different vibration voltages of vibromotor have been analyzed.
