ABSTRACT: In the present work, specific fundamental research has been performed for finding the effect of two process variables of annealing i.e., annealing temperature and annealing time on the size of Ilmenite (FeTiO3) nanoparticles processed by sol–gel method. Full factorial design was utilized to find out the impact of these process variables on the response regarding particle size. Characterization of nanoparticles was done using laser particle size analyzer, XRD and EDS. Results reveal that the annealed temperature could significantly impact the nano size.
