ABSTRACT: In this paper, two layered blood flow model consisting of erythrocytes in the core region and plasma fluid in the peripheral region is studied. Based on ferrohydrodynamics (FHD) approach, the external magnetic field affects the parameters of blood flow in the core region. The flow parameters of blood have been calculated analytically, and obtained results are in good agreement with the existing results. The results of the model show that there is an appreciable decrease in the velocity of blood in the magnetic region.
