ABSTRACT: The article exhibit wise control arrangement of ship movement in circumstances undermining with crash. The objective of the introduced framework is to bolster the pilot in basic leadership, with conceivable full substitution of his work later on. In this article, it was presented framework joins work of two PC strategies, developmental calculations to stamping of ideal way of entries and fuzzy rationale to control dispatch after set way of entry. Presented framework has to guarantee safe excursion of ship in each navigational conditions with respect of climate conditions and met navigational objects of static or dynamic nature. For testing of the operation the framework, the marine condition test system was utilized to exhibit navigational circumstances in a 3D graphical mode at the poor hydro-and meteorological conditions.
