ABSTRACT: The creation of energy-efficient devices that can function in different conditions of gravitation and weightlessness, is the task where the precise dispensing of liquid preparations with different viscosities, it is necessary for a number of high-precision science. Existing devices are characterized by overall and energy consumption, causing difficulty in their application. In this regard, the article considers the construction of a multilayer axisymmetric model of cameras personalized diaphragm and peristaltic types. In the course of analytical and numerical modeling and the experimental data of the presented research and results on the optimization of geometrical and physical parameters of the chamber walls by the target function of maximum deformation. Shows the comparison of theoretical simulation results with the experimental data. The obtained results improve the productivity and efficiency of the micropumps with piezoelectric actuator. The method of assessing the quality of piezoelectric conversion. The obtained results can be applied in medical, biological and chemical fields, in microelectronics, nanotechnology and space research
